CAIS Urban Lodge rules:

Accommodation details:

• Free Wi-Fi
• Elevator
• 24-hour remote reception
• Air conditioning
• Television
• Minibar
• Bed linen, towels, hairdryer and amenities
• Kitchen and coffee machine in Studio and Apartment types.

Not allowed:

• Animals, except guide dogs
• Smoking in the rooms and common areas
• Parties are not allowed in the accommodation

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival, after this date we charge the full room rate and cancel your reservation.
• For non-refundable reservations, no cancellations or changes are possible. In the event of cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Other information:

• Children are welcome. There is the possibility of placing a crib, depending on the type of room, upon prior reservation.
• Guests must present photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
